Dynamic QR MVP ("we", "our", "us") provides hosted dynamic QR redirection services through our mobile app.

1) Information We Collect

• Account data: email address and authentication credentials.
• QR data: destination URLs, QR IDs, status (active/inactive), and created timestamps.
• Subscription/trial data: trial start/end and subscription status metadata.
• Technical data: basic service logs required to operate and secure the service.

Passwords are not stored in plain text. Passwords are processed using one-way hashing with salt.

2) How We Use Information

• Create and manage your account.
• Generate and host dynamic QR redirects.
• Resolve scanned QR requests and route to your configured destination URL.
• Enforce trial/subscription status.
• Provide support and maintain service security.

3) QR Redirect Behavior Disclosure

Dynamic QR codes depend on hosted redirect infrastructure. If trial or subscription is inactive, the QR may no longer forward to the destination URL and may route to a sign-in/payment page.

4) Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe or platform billing providers). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

5) Image/Media Permissions

If you choose to add a logo image to a QR code, the app requests photo library/media access solely so you can select an image. We do not upload your photo library contents by default.

6) Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only with service providers required to operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), subject to their terms and security controls.

7) Data Retention

We retain account and QR configuration data while your account is active, and as needed for legal/compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and operational backups.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

10) Your Choices and Rights

You may request account/data deletion and access updates by contacting us.
